Last year, In-N-Out distinguished itself due to shift managers and the store manager transferring from California, who demonstrated strong training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Currently, with shift managers primarily from Texas who appear less thoroughly trained and unfamiliar with systems thinking, I am concerned that the store’s standards may decline unless training is enhanced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If store and shift managers do not demonstrate professionalism, it may be challenging to expect exemplary performance from employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
