Last year, she sold nearly $98 million worth of Tesla stock, following previous years\u2019 sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Board members receive salaries of approximately $500,000 and attend about four regular days and several emergency meetings each year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main concern is that Tesla board members may be acting unethically by receiving and selling company stock during the firm\u2019s current challenges.
