There are also concerns about values and honesty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teachers are now leaving, in part due to the challenges associated with Generation Alpha, and our current educational system and workplaces may not meet the needs of both Gen Z and Alpha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we have unqualified teachers, a challenging education system, and ineffective government structures, it becomes difficult to expect strong outcomes from colleges and universities.
