This rating is unsatisfactory, especially considering the substantial amount of money allocated to the district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total budget for Cy-Fair ISD is $1.2 billion, but the district is facing a $138 million deficit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently, they invested in a performance and dancing arts building at a significant cost.
