We need to advocate for better communication and property management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s important that we, as a community, are involved in the decision-making process. The condition of our crepe myrtles and oak trees is a concern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An individual or the HOA president decided to replace our concrete wall with a vinyl one. This led to their resignation, highlighting the importance of community involvement in decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By embracing modern virtual communication and cloud systems, we can improve our property and build a more harmonious community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a good system, we have a commune; in a bad system, we have a community.
