California People,
We are selling a house in Bridgeland Cypress after the German Shepherd moved from California to Texas, but he wants to return to San Diego because he does not like Bridgeland.

Bridgeland, Cypress lost 20% of its trees during an extreme heat event a few years ago, and those trees have not been replaced. We included one picture here for reference.
Bridgeland houses were not built correctly, and they sustained major roof damage during the August 2024 storm. There was no roof damage to the German Shepherd’s house.
Texas Real Estate says we must be honest, transparent, and tell the truth, and that we do not know about other crooked or con-artist real estate agents.
