I created this document at our Kroger for my speech class, which started on July 16, 2026. The instructor has been teaching for a long time and earned her Doctorate in Communication from Texas A&M.
I am making 100+ average on Artificial Intelligence classes, and I have learned a lot, but in speech classes, I have spent a lot of time converting the teacher’s forest documents into my PowerPoint and Excel files; otherwise, I would not be able to pass and learn, so I must keep using this system to succeed.
The Public Speech class document is giving me a hard time and slowing me down, but I will be OK by Monday morning.
We must plan, organize, use workflow, and use a systems approach to complete tasks on time and correctly, so the lesson stays structured.
If we need to revise, we will track changes and revisions, and that is OK because the real world is dynamic, so the lesson is to adapt as needed.
Kroger would have a workflow and system in place to prevent our current incident from happening again, just as safety improves by comparing what went wrong with what should happen next.
Life is about planning, preparation, simulation, modeling, and execution, just as safety depends on comparing risks, results, and corrections.
I am figuring out how to use AI-based tools for speech classes so we do not instruct instructors and schools to learn speech and communication topics.
I will be leaving Kroger in the next few minutes.
